The Right Questions (Content)

The content of each research project is unique and Prime Group works closely with each client to make sure that the research answers that client’s most important questions. Typically, the content falls into several general categories, including:

  • Awareness – what do your audiences know about you, your brand, issues, or products?
  • Baseline opinion – what do they think, unaided, of your brand, issues, or products?
  • Prompted opinion – when your brand, issues, or products are described to them in neutral terms, how do they react?
  • Messaging – what are the most effective messages to win hearts and minds and change behaviors?
  • Messengers – who is most credible and persuasive delivering your messages?
